LOGOS:
- Must be supplied digitally in high resolution (300dpi or above) at a height of 3cm.
- A simple way of obtaining this is to contact your printer, or the designer who supplies artwork (ie. Business Cards, Letterhead) to your printer and ask for a high-res logo for printing purposes.
- Acceptable formats are eps, tif, pdf or jpeg files. All artwork including PMS colours must be converted to CMYK.
- All fonts must be supplied unless outlined in Adobe Illustrator.
- Hard copies of logos, business cards and letterheads will not be accepted as final material.
- A $50.00 fee will be incurred for logos requiring scanning / retouching.
DISPLAY ADVERTISING:
If supplying artwork for publication we require it in the following formats:
High resolution pdf or eps files (300 dpi or above) with the text converted to
curves
- QuarkXpress 5 - please zip artwork as well as fonts.
- Adobe Illustrator CS
- Adobe Photoshop CS
- Adobe Indesign CS
- Adobe Acrobat 6
- Corel Draw - version 9
PROFILE PAGE:
Profile pages are made using a standard template that we design with a
particular 'look' for each publication. The design is updated yearly.
TEXT: You are required to supply approximately 500 words 'profiling'
your company's products and services, or achievements. Preferably in MS Word.
LOGO: See COMPANY LISTING for logo requirements.
IMAGES or PHOTOS: 2 or 3 images are required. Final publication size
will depend upon the amount of text supplied. High resolution digital files are
required at a minimum 300 dpi at 100% printed size. Suitable formats are eps,
tif, pdf, or jpeg files. Reflective art or photographs are acceptable however,
downloads from the Internet are NOT.
CD-ROM PROFILE ADVERT:

CD-ROM BANNER ADVERT:
This usually includes a logo, small image / photograph and possibly a company
phrase or address / email details. However, you can include any information you
like, as long as it fits within the dimensions of a banner (keeping in mind not
to clutter it). Dimensions 300W x 90H pixels 72 dpi.
